Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet

by William Shakespeare

No one ever said being a teenager was easy. The Montague and Capulet dynasties have been locked in a civil war for decades. Every day, their youngest family members duel and die in the streets of Verona. Then Romeo Montague meets Juliet Capulet. Inflamed by a passion they can scarcely understand, these two teenage dreamers recklessly defy their families and marry in secret, setting off a chain of events that will change Verona forever.

Featuring live music and soaring poetry, this Romeo and Juliet will sweep you off your feet.

Much Ado About Nothing

Much Ado About Nothing

by William Shakespeare

The rom-com that started it all. Beatrice is a fast-talking spinster with no time for men. Benedick is the wisecracking marriage-hater crashing at her uncle’s house with a bunch of rowdy soldiers. But when Benedick’s best friend falls in love with Beatrice’s cousin, their friends and family hatch a plot to reveal the truth: that Benedick and Beatrice are actually head-over-heels in love. Can these two long-bickering cynics set aside their pride long enough to admit what everyone else can see?  Brilliantly blending romance and humor, Much Ado About Nothing is Shakespearean comedy at its finest.

With live music and freewheeling language, this Much Ado will have you smiling all night long.

From an Adaptation by CHRISTOPHER BOND
Originally Directed On Broadway by HAROLD PRINCE

Attend the dark, witty and Tony Award-winning tale of love, murder and revenge. Sweeney Todd has become a bloody, worldwide success since being awarded eight Tonys (including Best Musical) for its Broadway premiere. Stephen Sondheim’s and Hugh Wheeler’s tasty, thrilling, theatrical treat has simultaneously shocked, awed and delighted audiences across the world.

In this infamous tale, Sweeney Todd, an unjustly exiled barber, returns to London, seeking vengeance against the lecherous judge who framed him and ravaged his young wife. The road to revenge leads Todd to Mrs. Lovett, a resourceful proprietress of a failing pie shop, above which he opens a new barber practice. Mrs. Lovett’s luck sharply shifts when Todd’s thirst for blood inspires the integration of an ingredient into her meat pies that has the people of London lining up… and the carnage has only just begun!
